
Following the April mobilization meeting, the division rolled out targeted special training sessions. Instructor Engineer Jia combined the division’s actual production conditions and adopted diverse forms including case studies and on-site interactions to guide all staff to transform management thinking and strengthen on-site management capabilities.A host of supporting management measures were implemented concurrently throughout the training, such as launching visual management boards and team competitions to motivate all employees. These efforts help translate training gains into practical operational skills and elevate on-site management standards.

On May 8th, the division held the Quality Month summary meeting to fully review the outcomes of Quality Month, set quality benchmarks, and address existing deficiencies. At the meeting, outstanding teams with remarkable performance during Quality Month were commended and awarded honorary banners to leverage the exemplary leading effect of role models. Meanwhile, persons-in-charge delivered speeches regarding previous basic quality defects and loopholes in detailed control. They faced problems head-on, deeply analyzed root causes, and reflected voluntarily on shortcomings in quality supervision and responsibility implementation. Real cases served as warnings for all employees to encourage thorough self-examination, further foster reverence for quality, and effectively raise every staff member’s sense of quality accountability.
