As the company’s core R&D and innovation base, the Lithography Division has gathered a large number of high-caliber talents. Currently, employees with a bachelor’s degree or above account for 52.9% of the Division’s total staff; among them, those in frontline positions with a bachelor’s degree or above make up 50%, and employees with a college diploma or above reach 76.5%.

To help college-educated employees clarify their development paths and inspire their growth momentum, the Division recently held a symposium for college-educated employees themed "Meet the Best Version of Yourself". This sincere and in-depth exchange not only points out the direction for each employee’s career development, but also enables the company to listen to their aspirations and voices for the future.

The symposium kicked off with a group discussion around the question "How can a drop of water avoid drying up?" During the free and open brainstorming session, colleagues shared their views freely, and finally clearly revealed the core interdependent relationship between individuals and the collective — just as a single drop of water can only flow endlessly when merged into a river or sea, an individual can only achieve lasting growth in the process of creating value through collaboration if they integrate into the collective and resonate in harmony with the team.

Subsequently, the symposium moved on to the thematic exchange session titled "Sharing My Work Philosophy". Various groups conducted lively and in-depth discussions around topics such as the meaning of work, career growth, and self-worth. After the discussion session, representatives from each group took turns to share their insights—every speech was filled with respect for their profession, dedication to their career, and expectations for personal growth.

At the symposium, Zhang Pinxiang, head of the Division, gave a systematic interpretation of the company’s talent career development path, clearly outlining the growth direction and progression route for colleagues. Whether they dedicate themselves to professional fields and grow into industry experts capable of tackling technical challenges and excelling in business, or hone their management skills and advance into core backbones who lead teams and coordinate collaboration, every colleague needs to start solidly from basic positions, accumulate continuously, and improve constantly.

The symposium also highlighted the upcoming "Talent Excellence Development Program" of the Lithography Division. Through systematic training and empowerment, this program will help college-educated colleagues grow rapidly and achieve the common development of individuals and the business.

At the conclusion of the symposium, General Manager Liu Shuanghua delivered a powerful yet warm message, bringing the event to a successful close. General Manager Liu emphasized: "The depth of one’s professionalism determines the height of one’s personal development. Every colleague present should not position themselves as 'screws' that passively execute tasks; instead, they should set higher goals for themselves and grow into industry pioneers capable of 'defining the standards for screws'."
